What's a "UI engineer"? I consider myself fairly clueful about such things, but have no idea if you mean you want a coder, an architect, a designer, or some mixture of the two.
If you want a mixture of the two, then good luck finding, let alone keeping, such a beast.

Such T-Shirts are a funny idea, but you have to ask yourself whether you adress the right people. Wearing it in the city wouldn´t be so useful. More reasonably would it be to wear it in silicon valley or on related fairies.
You know, I'm not terribly sure i'd want to wear a shirt like that.
